IFBB Women’s Physique Pro
Back in 2016 the opportunity presented itself for me to train for a competition. I knew from the moment I stepped of that stage I was hooked. I went on to earn my IFBB Pro card the following year. I loved everything about training up for a show. I was fortunate to work with some great coaches along the way and always had the best support system.
I competed in 4 pro shows and with each show I can proudly say my physique improved. The last show I did was the Omaha Pro in 2022. I’m proud to look back on my years as a competitor and will always cherish those memories.
A few personal facts about me: I was born in Bogota, Colombia but was adopted when I was three months old. I grew up in Minnesota and I was blessed with an amazing family who taught me the value of working hard for what I wanted and never giving up on my dreams. Fast forward many years and I am now the proud mother of my own two humans. Out of all the things I have achieved in my life, raising my twin boys will be my greatest accomplishment. They are 18 years old and getting ready to graduate this spring.
I’m currently in my fitness era, just enjoying going to the gym to be healthy. I am also working on my college degree because it’s never too late to pick a new career, right? I have had the honor to work with Glen Young over the last several years and I look forward to watching this magazine and all his hard work and dedication to the female bodybuilding world flourish.
