Tina believes God has been working in her life to impact others, and it means a lot to her to bring awareness to how others overcome even the hardest of challenges. She thinks the more people who see these examples of perseverance in the face of what seem like insurmountable odds, the better off everyone will be. Why? It shows they can truly believe that they, too, can overcome anything that comes their way.
This is Tina’s calling, and bodybuilding competition is her way of reaching more people at one time. Her motto is, and I quote: It’s “NORMAL TO BE FIT®”, no matter what challenges you face. NORMAL TO BE FIT® represents a new standard in fitness—one where a healthy lifestyle is not an exception but the norm. The brand embodies principles of holistic wellness, combining physical fitness with mental and emotional well-being. It’s about redefining what it means to be fit and making it accessible and achievable for everyone. The core message is that being fit is not just about the gym or aesthetics but about a balanced, fulfilling life.
Looking ahead, she is excited about the next chapter, which includes participating in another bodybuilding competition next year. This will be a platform to further showcase the results of her hard work and dedication. Tina says that her experience back on the stage this time was incredible, empowering, and much more enjoyable because she had gained perspective by stepping back a bit and because of her greater purpose.She is excited to continue pursuing her best to move forward. Because Tina is on her path, she feels she is already winning, and the experience of competing is icing on the cake, and she loves it even more! Additionally, she will embark on a book tour to promote NORMAL TO BE FIT®, and engaging with readers and sharing her experiences. The tour will be an opportunity to connect with people, answer their questions, and inspire them to take charge of their health and fitness.
