To start. Fitness isn’t just about looking good. It’s about feeling confident, strong, unstoppable, badass and beautiful in your own skin.
I’m a results focused kind of person, tell me what to do I will follow the plan to a t, and this went into overdrive.
Cardio up, and food down. Whatever it takes. Days of 2 rounds of cardio plus lifting sessions, waking everyday at 4:30 in the morning. Each and everything planned out and executed to a “T”.
In total; 3 hours in the morning in the gym, 10-to-12 hour work day, then home to prepare for the next day. Wake up to do it again. Any and all limitations I set in my head had to be pushed through.


My coach Shane would say: “It’s simple kallie you want to be the best I need more from you.” Without his guidance and direct approach with me I wouldn’t be here with the title IFBB Pro.
I wasn’t born to be normal… God created me differently and I haven’t even touched my limits yet!
The phrase “Embrace the suck and dig deeper” was taken to a whole new level.
To have a goal so big that less than 1% of the world can achieve to want to goal so bad your willing to sacrifice almost anything to achieve it but yet you realize the reality of you actually ever being able to achieve it is so small yet you did. It’s a feeling all in a different level.
The best or nothing at all.
